§ 8-315. Life insurance.

The Court may require the noncustodial parent to provide life insurance on themselves, by obtaining it through their employer or a private agency, at a reasonable cost and designating the minor child(ren) as the beneficiary(ies) of the policy, or to a trust established for the benefit of the child(ren).
