The ONCSS may publish the name of an obligor’s in an electronic publication or newspaper of local circulation if an obligor is at least three months in arrears in paying current child support or owes Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or more in unpaid child support. ONCA 12-51, eff. June 18, 2012.
