An obligor who is found guilty of contempt may be referred to the Osage Nation TIP, in lieu of jail time. The obligor will be required to check-in weekly with the TIP coordinator and provide evidence of job searches or continued employment. If the obligor fails to meet the requirements of TIP, they will be referred back to the Court for noncompliance, at which time the Trial Court may accelerate the sentence previously entered.
