§ 8-401. Review of child support orders.
This section is included in your selections.
A. The ONCSS shall conduct a review of child support orders every three years and if the ONCSS determines that the child support obligation is not in accordance with the child support guidelines, the ONCSS shall initiate proceedings through the administrative or judicial processes established under this Code to modify the child support order.
B. A party to a child support action may request a review and shall submit the request in writing to the ONCSS for a review. A request for a review by the ONCSS shall be limited to one per year. ONCA 12-51, eff. June 18, 2012.
