If any provision or application of this ordinance is determined by review to be invalid, such determination shall not be held to render ineffectual the remaining portions of this ordinance or to render such provisions inapplicable to other persons or circumstances. Any and all prior liquor control enactments which are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby rescinded and repealed. ONCA 11-41, eff. Apr. 12, 2011.
