§ 7. Amendment and construction

This ordinance may only be amended by the Osage Nation Congress, the governing body of the Osage Nation. Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed to diminish or impair in any way the rights or sovereign powers of the Osage Nation or its government. ONCA 11-41, eff. Apr. 12, 2011.
