A signed, dated written document indicating the decision of the Osage Nation Membership Office on an issue of membership in the Osage Nation shall be considered final administrative action immediately contestable in the courts of the Osage Nation.

A. Any applicant denied membership by the Membership Office or who disputes any other Membership Office decision may file an action with the Osage Nation Trial Court contesting the decision. The Osage Nation Tribal Court shall develop a form for filing such actions and maintain copies of said form in a public place.

B. There shall be no fee to file membership dispute actions in the Trial Court.

C. Actions contesting Membership Office actions must be filed within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt of final administrative action.

D. Right to contest an action of the Membership Office shall be deemed waived if not filed within the above time. ONCA 16-16, eff. Dec. 14, 2015.
