A. Any decision of the Osage Nation Trial Court arising from this Act may be immediately appealed as a final order to the Supreme Court of the Osage Nation. The time for filing such appeal shall be the date after a written order removing a person from the Membership Roll is signed by the Judge and filed in the case. The official court file stamp shall govern the date from which the appeal time starts to run.

B. Any person against whom removal is sought by the Attorney General and who is not removed by the Osage Nation Courts, shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee. ONCA 16-16, eff. Dec. 14, 2015; ONCA 17-65, eff. Apr. 26, 2017.
