§ 1-210. Reenrollment.
A. Any adult member who relinquishes membership in the Osage Nation in accordance with Section 1-205 of this Title may submit an application to reenroll in the Osage Nation once. An adult who reenrolls shall be added to the Membership Roll as of the date the application is approved.
B. An adult who has been adjudged incompetent or who has been appointed a guardian may reenroll as a member upon application of a sponsor. Upon subsequent relinquishment of membership in accordance with Section 1-205 of this Title, that adult is no longer eligible for membership in the Osage Nation.
C. A parent or legal guardian of a minor who has relinquished membership in the Osage Nation in accordance with Section 1-205 of this Title may submit an application for enrollment to reenroll in the Osage Nation at any time, but each minor may be reenrolled only once. Upon subsequent relinquishment of membership in accordance with Section 1-205 of this Title, the minor is no longer eligible for membership in the Osage Nation until reaching the age of eighteen (18) years.
D. Upon attaining the age of eighteen (18) years, any person who was a minor member and whose membership was relinquished while a minor shall be eligible to reenroll in the Osage Nation as an adult member. The provisions of this Act governing adult member reenrollment shall subsequently apply.
E. An adult member or minor member who relinquishes membership after notice from the Attorney General to seek removal is not eligible for reenrollment either as a minor or adult. ONCA 16-16, eff. Dec. 14, 2015.
