§ 1-211. Fraudulent use of membership prohibited.
This section is included in your selections.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to:
1. Knowingly place or cause an ineligible applicant to be placed on the Membership Roll;
2. Fraudulently issue a membership identification card;
3. Fraudulently duplicate a membership identification card;
4. Fraudulently alter a membership identification card;
5. Fraudulently replicate a membership identification card; or
6. Present an invalid membership identification card to acquire benefits available only to Osage Nation members.
B. Any person found in violation of this section shall be subject to a civil fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), applicable criminal penalties arising under Osage law, disgorgement, restitution and any applicable federal law. ONCA 16-16, eff. Dec. 14, 2015.
