A. The driver of a vehicle about to enter or cross a highway from a private drive or road shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the highway.

B. When two vehicles from different highways enter an intersection at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the highway.

C. The driver of a vehicle within an intersection intending to turn left shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard.

D. The driver of a vehicle approaching but not having entered an intersection shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle already within such intersection and making a left turn, providing the driver of the vehicle turning left has given a plainly visible signal of intention to turn.

E. The driver of any vehicle upon a highway within a business or residence district shall yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian crossing at any marked or unmarked crosswalk at an intersection.

F. Any driver who fails to give right-of-way will be charged with an infraction and penalized with a fine not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
