No person may drive a motor vehicle within the Osage Nation jurisdiction without having proof of adequate liability insurance in possession in the vehicle. The Osage Motor Vehicle Registrar will have the authority to implement regulations in accordance with this section. Any person violating this section will be charged with an infraction and pay a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) and/or be subject to suspension or revocation of driving privileges until the driver can present liability insurance.
