§ 3-146. Special lighting and warning equipment on school buses.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful to operate any flashing warning signal light on any school bus except when said school bus is stopped on a highway for the purpose of permitting school children to board or alight from said school bus. Any driver who violates this section will be charged with an infraction and be fined not to exceed Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
