§ 5-101. Elder parking spaces.
This section is included in your selections.
A. There shall be two elder parking spaces designated and marked for every twenty-five (25) parking spaces in each parking lot of Osage Nation government buildings.
B. Elder parking spaces shall be placed for ease of access to the entrance of each building.
C. Osage Nation government building parking lots having less than twenty-five (25) spaces are exempt from elder parking space requirements. ONCA 16-49, eff. Apr. 13, 2016.
