§ 5-102. Permits issued by Executive Branch.

A. Permits, in the form of a placard, sticker or other form of noticeable display, shall be issued by the Osage Nation Executive Branch to any enrolled member of the Osage Nation of sixty-five (65) years of age or older upon application.
B. The Osage Nation Executive Branch shall not collect any fee for processing the application and issuing the elder parking permit.
C. The Osage Nation Executive Branch is authorized to collect a fee for replacing a lost elder parking permit, not to exceed Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). ONCA 16-49, eff. Apr. 13, 2016.
