A. Except for a motor vehicle used by an elder, no person may park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, temporarily or otherwise, upon any portion of a street or parking facility, reserved by official traffic signs indicating the restriction to elder parking, for vehicles displaying a special elder parking permit designating the vehicle as a vehicle used by an Osage Nation elder.

B. Fraudulent use of an elder parking permit is strictly prohibited. No person shall park a vehicle in a designated elder parking space if the driver has not personally obtained an elder parking permit.

C. No person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, temporarily or otherwise, obstructing the access of permitted elders to a designated elder parking space.

D. Any violation of a provision of this section shall be fined a civil penalty not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). ONCA 16-49, eff. Apr. 13, 2016.
