A. Article XV of the Osage Nation Constitution states that the legislature of the Osage Nation shall provide for the utilization, development and conservation of all natural resources within the territory of the Nation for the maximum benefit of the Osage People; and

B. The Osage Nation has an invested interest in maintaining and improving the restricted land within its jurisdiction that is still held, whether in whole or in part, in the name of individual Osage Indians. ONCA 23-101, eff. Sept. 20, 2023.
