A. Alienation” means to transfer, relinquish or convey property or a property right, whether tangible or intangible to another entity that is not the Osage Nation, or to transfer, relinquish or convey water or a water right, whether established or inchoate, to another entity that is not the Osage Nation.

B. Business enterprise” means a business owned in the name of the Osage Nation including businesses doing business in another name.

C. Business entity” means a company formed under the incorporation laws, limited liability company laws, limited liability partnership laws, professional incorporation laws, professional limited liability laws, or professional limited liability partnership laws of the Osage Nation or a state of the United States of America.

D. Congress” means the Osage Nation Congress.

E. Executive” means the Osage Nation Executive Branch unless otherwise specified.

F. Good will” means a business’s name, reputation, patronage, and other intangible assets that are considered when appraising the business.
