A. No real property held in the name of the Osage Nation shall be alienated without the express consent of the Osage Nation Congress by resolution, except for property sold and alienated under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) Home Ownership Program.

B. No business good will or enterprise held in the name of the Osage Nation shall be alienated without the express consent of the Osage Nation Congress by resolution.

C. No water or water right of the Osage Nation, whether established or inchoate, shall be alienated without the express consent of the Osage Nation Congress by resolution.

D. Transfer or conveyance of real property or business good will from the Osage Nation to an Osage business entity must be requested by the managing board of the entity, and such request shall be expressed by an affirmative majority of the entity’s board.
