§ 2-104. Exceptions.

A. This Act shall not apply to the business good will of the Gaming Enterprise Board and Million Dollar Elm Enterprises.
B. This Act shall not apply to the transfer of inventory goods sold in the normal course of business for monetary compensation. ONCA 09-03, eff. Apr. 13, 2009.
