A. “ADA” means the latest requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

B. “FEMA 361” refers to the publication “Design and Construction Guidance for Community Safe Rooms: FEMA P-361, Second Edition/August 2008" as published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, or subsequent editions as applicable.

C. “Safe room” means a storm shelter that meets the FEMA criteria for life-safety protection. ONCA 11-31, eff. Apr. 13, 2011.
