§ 3-105. Location and capacity.

Osage Nation Emergency Management shall establish suitable locations, safe room sizes, and capacities for community safe rooms.
A. Locations may include, but not be limited to:
1. The Grayhorse, Hominy, and Pawhuska Villages;
2. Clustered sites of Osage home-ownership projects within the Osage Nation;
3. Areas in which there are concentrations of Osage employees; and
4. Areas in which Osage people congregate for cultural activities.
B. Capacities for community safe rooms shall be calculated with formulas established and adopted by Osage Nation Emergency Management. ONCA 11-31, eff. Apr. 13, 2011.
