§ 3-107. Inspections, establishment and enforcement of rules, fines for improper use.

Osage Nation Emergency Management shall establish a schedule of periodic inspections to ensure community safe rooms are properly maintained.
A. No community safe room constructed under the provisions of this Act shall be allowed to be used for storage or any other use other than as an emergency shelter from storm.
B. Osage Nation Emergency Management is authorized to establish rules and regulations regarding the use of community safe rooms, and further authorized to establish fines not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for improper use of community safe rooms, said rules enforceable by the Osage Nation Police and Osage Nation Courts.
