A. Leases shall be governed by terms and conditions as required by this Act and as set forth in the approved lease and not inconsistent with Osage Nation law. The terms and conditions may be modified only with the approval of the Director.
B. Leases shall contain a provision that a lessee, by signing a lease, consents to the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation and to the application of the laws of the Osage Nation in dealing with all issues arising out of or concerning the leases. ONCA 17-01, eff. Dec. 9, 2016.
