If a lessee or other party causes or threatens to cause immediate and significant harm to the premises, or undertakes criminal activity thereon, the Director may take appropriate emergency action to mitigate harm or curtail criminal or harmful activity. ONCA 17-01, eff. Dec. 9, 2016.
