Nothing in this Act shall be deemed to limit the authority of the BIA, at its discretion, to enforce provisions of, or cancel with cause, a lease granted under this Act, in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 415(h)(7)(B). ONCA 17-01, eff. Dec. 9, 2016.
