§ 4-606. Final EIR.

A. The Department of Environmental and Natural Resources shall file a copy of the final EIR and a notice of completion with the Director and post the notice of completion and a copy of the final EIR on the Osage Nation’s website.
B. The Director shall consider the final EIR and the terms of the proposed lease or project and, upon finding that such proposed lease or project is in the best interest of the Osage Nation, may approve the lease or project. ONCA 17-01, eff. Dec. 9, 2016.
