§ 5-104. Real Property Purchase Fund.
This section is included in your selections.
A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation.
B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Real Property Purchase Fund.”
C. The assets of the Real Property Purchase Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by act of Congress, donations, and gifts. ONCA 14-58, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
