§ 5-105. Authorized uses of the Real Property Purchase Fund.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Expenditures out of the Real Property Purchase Fund shall be limited to:
1. Purchases of unrestricted real property located in Osage County;
2. Abstracting and closing costs;
3. Real property surveys;
4. Environmental studies required by the state or federal government; and
5. Professional fees and governmental fees associated with placement of land into trust with the United States government.
B. Expenditures out of the Real Property Purchase Fund must be preceded by a written purchase contract executed in the name of the Osage Nation by the Principal Chief. ONCA 14-58, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
