§ 5-108. Authorization of appropriation.

To carry out the purposes of the Real Property Purchase Fund there is authorized to be appropriated a capital contribution to the Real Property Purchase Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury the sum of One Dollar ($1.00). ONCA 14-58, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
