§ 5-109. Appropriation.

The Osage Nation Congress hereby appropriates a capital contribution in the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) to the Real Property Purchase Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury to carry out the purposes of the Real Property Purchase Fund in accordance with this Act. ONCA 14-58, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
