§ 6-106. Accounting and reporting.

A. The Executive Branch shall submit to the Osage Nation Congress a quarterly accounting of all monies expended by project.
B. The Treasurer shall additionally maintain records by project as public records. Such records shall include capital budgets and capital asset financial records including a general ledger and the total cost of each project or purchase. ONCA 16-58, eff. Apr. 21, 2016; ONCA 19-47, eff. June 26, 2019.
