A. “Restricted real property” means land and land improvements resulting from human effort including buildings, fixtures and machinery attached to the land which are designated as “restricted” by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs. “Restricted real property” also means real estate and fractionalized interests of real property or in real property.
