§ 7-104. Restricted Real Property Repurchase Fund.

A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation.
B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Osage Reservation Area Restricted Real Property Repurchase Fund” or “Restricted Real Property Repurchase Fund.”
C. The assets of the Restricted Real Property Repurchase Fund shall consist of monies reclassified and appropriated to it by Act of Congress, donations, and gifts. ONCA 11-67, eff. Oct. 11, 2011.
