A. All capital asset and construction projects receiving capital funding shall be conducted under all applicable provisions of the Osage Nation Competitive Bidding Act, 15 ONC § 1A-102 et seq., and conform to the procurement policy of the Osage Nation Treasury Department.

B. All property serviced by this fund shall be listed on a property inventory document by the Treasurer and made available to the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 19-50, eff. June 26, 2019.
