§ 9-101. Findings; purpose to establish a revolving fund for completion of the Osage Nation Master Campus Plan.

A. The Osage Nation Congress appropriated funds to the Executive Branch for the preparation of a master plan for the beautification and renovation of the Osage Nation campus and for the construction of new buildings;
B. The Master Campus Plan was created by Collins Woerman, submitted to the Osage Nation in March 2010, and filed with the Clerk of Congress on July 16, 2010;
C. The Osage Nation is currently spending approximately Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) per year on maintenance and purchasing older buildings to meet space needs;
D. The Executive Branch desires to move forward and obtain bids for the completion of the Master Campus Plan. ONCA 13-13, eff. Apr. 18, 2013.
