A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Osage Nation Executive Branch.

B. The fund established by this Act shall be designated the “Master Campus Plan Fund.”

C. The assets of the Master Campus Plan Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by Act of the Osage Nation Congress, donations, and revenue received through other legal sources.

D. Expenditures out of the Master Campus Plan Fund shall be directed by the Executive Branch, and they shall be consistent with the stated purpose of this chapter.

E. The Master Campus Plan Fund shall exist until the fund is terminated by Act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 13-13, eff. Apr. 18, 2013.
