The Osage Legislature hereby creates, ordains, and charters, with respect to the Osage Nation, a public body politic to be known as the “OSAGE NATION TAX COMMISSION” (hereinafter “Tax Commission”) which shall possess all powers, duties, rights, and functions hereinafter defined, and as are now or as may hereinafter be conferred upon it by law.
