The Tax Commission shall acquire and use a seal which shall be circular in form with the words, “OSAGE NATION TAX COMMISSION” around the edge thereof, and the word “Seal” in its center. The seal shall be impressed upon the originals or certified copies of all licenses, orders, rules, and other official documents of the Commission as evidence of their authenticity and authority.
