A. The Tax Commission may employ such employees and incur such expenses as may be necessary for the proper discharge of its duties subject to the limitations and restrictions herein set out.

B. The total amount dispersed by the Tax Commission in any one fiscal year for the payment of salaries, expenses, and incidentals shall not exceed the amount appropriated therefore by the Osage Nation Congress.
