To carry out the purposes of this Act, the Osage Nation Congress authorizes the sum of Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00) to be appropriated to the Permanent Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury. ONCA 12-85, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
