A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Osage Nation Judicial Branch.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Court Operation Fund.”

C. The assets of the Court Operation Fund shall consist of revenue received through donations, fines, fees, forfeited restitution, and forfeited bonds collected by the Judicial Branch and appropriated by the Osage Nation Congress for the benefit of the Judicial Branch. The Court Operation Fund shall also be authorized to hold and return bond funds.

D. Expenditures out of the Court Operation Fund shall be directed by the Osage Nation Judicial Branch.

E. The Court Operation Fund shall exist until the fund is terminated by act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 24-39, eff. Apr. 5, 2024.
