§ 19-102. Revolving fund established.
A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund for internet services, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the purpose of providing internet services to Osage Nation elders.
B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Elder Broadband Assistance Fund.”
C. The assets of the Elder Broadband Assistance Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by act of Congress.
D. Expenditures out of the Elder Broadband Assistance Fund shall be directed by the Treasury based off of validated invoices received from Osage Broadband.
E. Eligibility to receive assistance for internet services from the fund are defined as follows:
1. Must be a member of the Osage Nation and an elder fifty-five (55) years of age or older.
2. Must live within Osage County.
3. Must have internet services provided by Osage Broadband.
F. The Elder Broadband Assistance Fund shall exist until the fund is terminated by act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 24-62, eff. July 11, 2024.
