There is hereby levied upon the sale, use, gift, possession or consumption of tobacco products within the Osage Nation jurisdiction a tax of fourteen and six-tenths percent (14.6%) of applicable state taxes now in effect. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006; ONCA 09-01, eff. Dec. 11, 2008.
