Every wholesaler of tobacco must apply for and receive from the Tax Commission a “Tobacco Wholesaler License” for each location prior to establishing any place of business, warehouse, or wholesale outlet for the sale of tobacco within the Osage Nation jurisdiction, and must provide a bond in the amount set by the Commission.
