§ 2-169. Minors prohibited from selling tobacco or tobacco products.

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be prohibited from selling tobacco or tobacco products from a wholesale or retail establishment, regardless of license status or employment status. Violators of this section shall be subject to a civil penalty or civil fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and/or a revocation or suspension of license pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2-163 and 2-164 of this Title, and may be subject to other civil penalties or criminal prosecution under applicable law.
