Retailers shall submit the rules of any promotional games to the Tax Commission prior to conducting the promotional game. All promotional games, drawings or gimmicks where prizes are awarded shall be subject to the approval of the Commission. Any and all breaches of these provisions shall subject the owner of the retail tobacco shop to the provisions of Sections 2-163 and 2-164 of this Title. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006.
