A. “Active duty military personnel” means a person who is on active duty status in the uniformed military of the United States of America in possession of a valid current military identification.

B. “ATV” means an all-terrain vehicle, which is a small, open motor vehicle having one seat and three or more wheels fitted with large tires. It is designed chiefly for recreational use over roadless rugged terrain.

C. “Commercial vehicle” means any motor vehicle of the car, station wagon, van, pickup, or similar type constructed and used primarily for the transportation of persons or goods in the ordinary course of trade or business.

D. “Disabled veteran” means a veteran, as defined in this section, who has been certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as disabled.

E. “Farm truck” means any pick-up truck, sport utility vehicle, tractor trailer, or trailer used primarily for agricultural purposes.

F. “Motor vehicle” means any wheeled conveyance for carrying persons or property capable of being propelled under its own power through the use of an internal combustion engine of greater than fifty (50) cubic centimeters displacement. Provided, however, that farm tractors, farm combines, and similar self-propelled implements of husbandry (not including trucks) used exclusively for farm purposes shall not be considered a motor vehicle.

G. “Motorcycle” or “motorized bicycle” means any motor vehicle having either two or three wheels.

H. “Osage elder” means any individual person who is a member of the Osage Nation, and who is sixty-five (65) years of age or older.

I. “Passenger automobile” means any motor vehicle of the car, station wagon, van, pick-up, or similar type constructed and used primarily for transportation of persons for purposes other than for hire or compensation.

J. “Person” means any natural individual or artificial entity legally competent to hold title to a motor vehicle.

K. “Recreational vehicle” means a vehicle, such as a camper or motor home used for traveling, camping and/or recreational activities.

L. “Veteran” means any veteran of the United States military who has been honorably discharged as evidenced by the form DD 214. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006; ONCA 13-10, eff. Apr. 9, 2013; ONCA 17-38, eff. Apr. 3, 2017.
