A. If any person filing any document with the Tax Commission furnishes the filing officer a copy thereof, the filing officer shall, upon request note upon the copy the file number and date and hour of the filing of the original and deliver or send the copy to such person.

B. Upon request of any person, the filing officer shall issue his certificate showing whether there is on file, on the date and hour stated therein, any presently effective security interest naming a particular debtor and any statement or assignment thereof and, if there is, giving the date and hour of filing of each such document and the names and addresses of the secured parties therein. The uniform fee for such a certificate shall be Five Dollars ($5.00). Upon request the filing officer shall furnish a certified copy of any filed document or assignment thereof for a uniform fee of Two Dollars ($2.00) per page. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006.
