§ 4-160. Secured party possession after default.

In all cases of repossession of motor vehicles because of default, the secured party shall file a repossession affidavit with the Tax Commission on a form to be prescribed by the Tax Commission and follow the procedures as prescribed in Section 4-115 of this Title for obtaining a repossession title.
